Owner

Tammy is a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor and a Hatha Yoga Practitioner.  She has been in the fitness industry for over 25 years, and has been a Massage Therapist/Holistic Health Practitioner since 1995. Tammy is originally from the East Coast and came to California in 1989 while serving in the United States Marine Corps.   She owned "The Pilates Place" in Encinitas from 1992-1997 and now owns "Zen Flow Pilates" in Escondido. Tammy has been a Personal Trainer and "Aerobics Instructor" since 1989 and teaches a variety of classes also at Santa Luz private golf community, including Golf Biomechanics, Spin, Pilates, Yoga and Strength classes.  Tammy is also a  Feng Shui Consultant and has studied Numerology for years. She believes that nourishing your body and mind, and the environment you live in daily is what makes us happy. She loves to share her knowledge and experience with clients of all ages and gender.
